If you've forgotten your username or password, you can recover either one in a few clicks from the sign-in page — no need to worry, it's a quick fix.
How do I reset my password or recover my username?
- Click Sign In from the menu.
- Click Remind me to have your username emailed to you, or click Forgot to reset your password.
- Enter your Envato account username and the email address registered to your account.
Tip: If you don't receive the reset or username email, check your spam/junk folder and add do-not-reply@envato.com to your contacts or safe senders list.
I sign in with a social account — how do I set up a password?
Social account sign-ins don't have a separate Envato password — your password is managed through your social account's own settings instead. To set up a dedicated Envato password, you'll first need to disconnect your social account.
To disconnect your social account:
- Sign in to your Envato Market account.
- Go to your Envato Account page.
- Select Disconnect Google (or your linked provider) under Account settings.
- Confirm by clicking Submit.
- Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
Once complete, you can sign in using your username/email and new password as usual.
