Closing your account is permanent and removes access to all Envato services, not just Envato Market.
What happens when I close my account?
Closing your account removes access to all Envato services, including:
- Envato Market — marketplace for digital assets
- Envato — subscription for unlimited digital assets
- Tuts+ — tutorial and course library
- Placeit — subscription-based ready-to-use templates
Once your request is processed:
- You won't be able to log in to any of your Envato accounts.
- You'll lose access to past purchases and item update downloads on Envato Market.
- Your Envato subscription and downloads will also be lost, if active.
- Any unused Envato Credits on Envato Market will be forfeited.
- Account deletion is permanent — it cannot be reinstated once processed.
- If you're an Envato author, any items you have listed for sale will be removed from the site.
How do I request account closure?
Contact our Customer Success Team to close or delete your account. We'd appreciate any feedback about your experience with Envato Market — it genuinely helps us improve.
Important: Send your request from the email address associated with your Envato Market account. If you use a different email, we may need to ask a few extra questions to verify account ownership.
