Report an issue to the Envato Helpful Hacker Program

Please note this form is only for reporting identified security vulnerabilities with Envato Account, Envato Market sites or items sold on an Envato Market site. All other requests will be ignored.

Invalid requests include refund requests, trouble signing in, account hacked (unless you can identify an exploited vulnerability), help requests with Envato Market or items sold there, feature requests (even security related), etc. For those types requests, please follow this link to contact our support.
