Envato often receives inquiries regarding marketing requests such as sponsorship, guest/blog posts and partnerships. These inquiries come from individuals and businesses looking to collaborate with us or establish a mutual relationship to promote their products or services. The requests often involve the desire to create backlinks, which are hyperlinks on external websites that direct traffic to their website. While genuine partnership requests from other large businesses are something we are happy to consider, those which involve backlinking are something that Envato does not currently support.
Requests for guest or sponsored posts
For requests such as:
- "I am interested in posting on your blog"
- "I am interested in guest posting on your blog"
- "I am interested in sponsoring content on your site"
You can reply to the request with this suggested response:
Thanks for your interest in contributing to our blog.
We’re always open to content collaborations with industry experts and reputable brands. However, if you’re looking for paid guest post opportunities, we’re not the right partner for you.
If you wish to discuss an authentic, non-paid content collaboration, please get in touch with our outreach team at collaboration@envato.com. Otherwise, your email may not be answered.
Thank you

You'll need to monitor the slack thread for updates and advice from the Marketing team.
Partnership requests
If the customer partnership request appears to be a potential large business opportunity, inform the customer that you have forwarded their ticket to the appropriate team. Then assign the ticket to Partnership Requests group (Lance Creighton or Ange Perrin), which specialize in business and corporate matters, for further assistance.
Only genuine partnership applications from large businesses should be assigned. Sponsorship, guest/blog posts or requests which involve backlinks should not be escalated.
