We are no longer actively providing customer support for the Market Plugin. Customers can access general information about the plugin from the Help tab within the plugin itself.
Effective from Oct 8th 2019, CS should no longer share Market WordPress plugin (or Toolkit) tickets to the Hosted Zendesk as they will no longer be actioned.
Instead, customers enquiring about Market plugin issues can be sent the following response:
"Thank you for your email regarding the Envato Market plugin. Please note we are unable to provide technical support to users at this time, but we have provided advice on common issues that some users encounter in the ‘Help’ tab of the plugin. You can find more information on the plugin landing page.
The Envato Market plugin is maintained - we ensure it works best on the latest version of WordPress and on a modern hosting platform, however, we can’t guarantee it’ll work on all WordPress sites or hosting environments.
If you’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps (listed under the Help tab) and you’re still unable to get the Envato Market plugin to work on your site/hosting, at this time, our advice is to remove the Envato Market plugin and instead visit the Downloads section of ThemeForest/CodeCanyon to download the latest version of your items."
Note: any customers emailing the existing Market plugin support email will receive an auto-response version of the above. References to this email have been removed from all known places.
