This means your purchase code is already registered to a different domain — codes are valid for one domain only and can't be de-registered, transferred, or reassigned, including for test or staging sites.
Envato Market can't check or reset purchase codes for you — you'll need to contact the item author directly.
How do I resolve this?
You have two options:
- Ask the item author to reset the code. Some authors will reset a code for use on a new domain, and can also tell you where it was originally registered. Authors aren't required to do this. See how to contact an author for help reaching out.
- Purchase a new license. If the author won't reset the code, you'll need to buy a new license for the new domain.
