You can download an item up to 20 times within a 24-hour period. Once you hit that limit, the item is temporarily flagged and downloads are paused for 24 hours before resetting automatically.
What should I do while I wait?
No action is needed — simply wait for the 24-hour period to pass, and you'll be able to download the item again.
